Preparedness is key to crisis management

For most organisations, when they face a crisis, it’s often for the first time. Being prepared to communicate in a crisis is critical.

Most people would have never heard of CrowdStrike until what was supposed to be a routine update sent businesses around the world scrambling to reassure and respond to customers and clients when very little information was known.

This situation was unprecedented... but, when most organisations face a crisis, it’s often for the first time or is a unique situation.

  • Be open and transparent
